Internal communication is the primary vehicle in creating the desired environment. DEFINITION        T O P Internal Communication is the process of achieving mutual understanding among all members of our organization by the timely sharing of facts, ideas, feelings and reactions. POLICY        T O P Effective internal communication is the responsibility of employees at all levels. This responsibility shall be discharged under the following guidelines: Pertinent, timely and accurate information shall be openly shared throughout the corporation in the most efficient manner.
