The National Power Corporation is committed to the fostering of an environment conducive to the development and welfare of its human resources essential for achieving high levels of efficiency and effectiveness. Internal communication is the primary vehicle in creating the desired environment.


DEFINITION        T O P

Internal Communication is the process of achieving mutual understanding among all members of our organization by the timely sharing of facts, ideas, feelings and reactions.


POLICY        T O P

Effective internal communication is the responsibility of employees at all levels.

This responsibility shall be discharged under the following guidelines:
  1. Pertinent, timely and accurate information shall be openly shared throughout the corporation in the most efficient manner.

  2. An invigorating atmosphere conducive to friendly cooperation shall be consciously created and properly maintained.
