Lab Report Number 3 Mike Francisco John Diya What inputs does you 0110 black box detect? The 0110 black box detects binary inputs that came from our 7490 chip. In our case, the black box that we constructed accepts binary inputs of “0110”. What output did it give? The black box that we constructed will give one output which is the logic “1” if the input is “0110”. How did you connect your black box to the 7490? The black box was connected to the 7490 through the 4 outputs of the 7490 chip. These outputs are located at the 7490’s pins 8,9,11, and 12. These pins will be connected to the 4 inputs of our black box. What did it do to the 7490? The black box that we have constructed reads the output signals given out by the 7490 chip through its 4 inputs. The black box will only give out a “1” signal if the binary input from the 7490 chip is “0110”.
